Distance contract

The seller of the services offered in this online store, Santa Murniece, 15038611360, Latvia, Valmiera, Rubenes Street , LV-4201, on the one hand, from now on referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, from now on  referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand enter into such Agreement :

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the service to the Buyer in PDF format by the Buyer's e-mail, in accordance with the Buyer's order.

Ordering, delivery and payment procedures

The buyer orders the service through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be purchased. The Buyer has the opportunity to pay for the service using the payment tools built into the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail in accordance with the order. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

The Seller ensures the delivery of the service within 14-35 days from the receipt of payment for the service, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.

• Delivery of the "Silver package" within 1-2 weeks after confirmed payment for the service.
• Delivery of the "Gold package" within 2-3 weeks after confirmed payment for the service.
• Delivery of the "Diamond package" within 2-3 weeks after confirmed payment for the service.
• Delivery of the "Kitchen or bathroom package" within 4-5 weeks after confirmed payment for the service.

Right of withdrawal

In this case, the right of withdrawal does not apply, because the ordered service is made directly to the Buyer by individual order.

Data processing

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by him is used to enable the Seller to accept the Buyer's order and deliver goods in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail.
